How to Apply

1. Start with clean, dry eyelids and apply eyeshadow first if using it.
2. Using light pressure, draw short strokes along the outer upper lash line.
3. Connect the strokes and build thickness gradually for your preferred look.
4. For a softer effect, gently soften the edge with a clean eyeliner brush before the product sets. A brush is not included.

Removal and Care
