How to apply

Start with clean eyelids and a clean, fine or angled eyeliner brush. Follow the packaging instructions for preparing the cake formula; do not add water or mixing liquid unless directed. Pick up a small amount and draw short strokes close to the upper lash line. Join the strokes into a smooth line, then extend the outer corner for a wing if desired.
