Roll Length = 7 cm, Roll Thickness of the Layer = 0.25 cm (very thin)
The left two buttons are flexible in order to adjust how thick or thin you want the outer layer of the Kibbeh. To have a thin outer layer, press on it hard.
The right button is not as flexible as the left two buttons. It is just to cut/seal the Kibbeh edges.
